This site is a 55 plus community on 13 Acres and consists of 44 units.
The site is located on Ridgetop Blvd in Silverdale WA.
This is a complete project which consists of clearing, demo, earthwork, rockwalls, underground utilities, curb & gutter, sidewalks, asphalt, and foundations.

Project: McCormick Woods Division 13 & 14
Client: McCormick Development
We've been at the greater McCormick Woods for the current owner since 2016. Currently, we're working on the McCormick West project, which we started in Spring of 2021.
This area includes the new Old Clifton round-a-bout and 4 divisions of housing plats. In total, this phase is approximately 130 acres, and includes 460 lots.
Our extensive knowledge of geological conditions and careful attention to the environment has allowed us to specialize in otherwise-difficult utility installations, wetlands mitigation, and foundation excavations, such as: support problems, unusual terrain, unpredictable shoring, and infrastructure interference. In essence, we anticipate potential issues before they occur, and solve them with sound construction solutions and techniques.
Some of the techniques we employ are foundation stabilization, soil control, dewatering, creek diversion, trench work, and culvert placement - in industrial and commercial areas, areas of subdivisions, and public land.
