Our extensive knowledge of geological conditions and sensitivity to the environment has allowed us to specialize in difficult utility installations, wetlands mitigation and foundation excavations, such as unpredictable shoring, support problems, unusual terrain and infrastructure interference. In essence, we anticipate potential issues before they occur and solve them with sound construction solutions and techniques.


Some of the techniques we employ are dewatering, foundation stabilization, soil control, trench work, creek diversion, and culvert placement in areas of subdivisions, industrial and commercial applications, and public land.

SPI-Frederickson Industrial Park is a fast track 100 acre heavy civil site development in Fredrickson.  The project consists of TESC, stripping topsoil, over 500,000 CY of earthwork, deep utilities, large building prep, and special coordination with utility contractors.

Our work began in 2011 thru 2019, on the Harbor Hill Development in Gig Harbor. RV Associates is providing to the owner a turn key property to include all under ground utilities including all storm, water lines. As well as street light, roads, walking paths and recreational areas.

Project: South Fork Road Floodplain Restoration

Client: Pierce County


Southfork Road Floodplain Restoration #1790 is a project with Pierce County that consists of TESC, clearing, excavation of a new 30,000 CY river bed, special dewatering, and installation of over 30 specialized engineered log jams.  The project is planned according to strategic phases within a tight weather window.  The project includes special protection of the fish and wildlife during excavation in seven isolated connection areas which create welcome challenges that  RVA looks forward to in planning & performing the work according to the owners’ satisfaction.

The site consists 170 lot plats, in Port Orchard. RV Associates providing a turn key project for the owner to include earthwork, utilities, site work and paving.
