Implementing solutions such as ConX has allowed them to connect their job site to the office, increasing efficiency and transparency. Also, with the use of on-machine and off-machine solutions, RV Associates has been able to drastically increase their productivity in the field.

RV Associates was established in 1979 and incorporated in 1980 by W.E. (Red) Lumsden. RV Associates is a full service site and civil general contractor that performs work under competitively bid and negotiated contracts for both private and public clients. Recognized for its excellence in construction of engineered and complex total site development projects, RV Associates’ expertise extends into large residential plats, apartment complexes, retail centers, commercial and industrial sites, wetlands mitigation and military installations in any terrain and environment.
From its humble beginnings in 1979, RV Associates has become one of the most capable and experienced site and civil general contractors in the Northwest, allowing us to work on large projects locally and regionally. We earned this reputation of quality and value, by responding to our clients’ needs and maintaining a strong work ethic, while keeping abreast with the latest construction technologies and methods.
Coupled with an excellent track record, our most important asset is our people. From start to finish, our construction team provides budgeting, complementary estimates, value engineering and planning strategy. Every project is coordinated by our hands-on management team, supervision staff and talented work force.
We are a fully unionized company with Laborers 252 and Teamsters 589. Additionally, zero-tolerance to drugs and rigorous safety training ensures an injury-free environment for our employees, sub-contractors and clients.
At RV Associates we always think safety, while maintaining our focus and attaining our project goals with a progressive management team. We have been a qualified member of the AGC Safety team for over 20 years.
