RV Associates was established in 1979 and incorporated in 1980 by W.E. (Red) Lumsden. RV Associates performs most of our work in the Puget Sound area on large plats, apartment complexes, retail centers, commercial & industrial sites, as well as military installations. RV Associates has also completed large projects out of the area, such as in the Tri-Cities area. RV Associates is a fully unionized company with Laborers 252 and Teamsters 589.

As with most successful companies, the strength of the business is in its people. The company understands that our most important asset is our overall construction team attitude.
